Creates a row. Built by the engine; an application reads these.

Parameters

version String: the version, or null for a repeatable migration
description String: the description
type String: SQL, JDBC (Java), legacy JAVA, or BASELINE
script String: the script or class name
checksum Integer: the checksum, or null where there is none
state MigrationState: where the migration stands
installedRank int: the order it was applied in, or -1 if it was not
installedOn String: when it was applied, as the database prints it, or null
executionTime int: how long it took in milliseconds, or -1
