Where a server’s websocket endpoints come from.
Deliberately the same shape as Handlers: the server calls this once
while it is starting, with whatever it opened, and the callback registers
what it wants. A controller is found by the build, a Handler is called, a
DataSource is handed over – nothing in this runtime is configured by an
application reaching into a started server, and websockets are not the
exception.
