Skin Designer

While the Codename One skin file format is trivial it is a bit under documented, to partially alleviate this problem we created a simple tool: Skin Designer.

This tool allows us to create a device skin from two images (landscape & portrait). This skin file can then be used with the Codename One simulator & also contributed so other developers can enjoy it!

Featured App - JAT Communication

The jat app is very similar to whatsapp in some regards but is more oriented towards group communication than SMS replacement. Over the past couple of weeks we picked it up as a great communication tool in our team. It uses push notifications to notify and activates accounts via SMS. This makes it very convenient for someone like myself who moves between devices constantly.
